Nevada Urban Indians, Inc. Diabetes Program offers services to all populations providing screening, education, prevention, and management of diabetes.

The Diabetes Program promotes wellness in our community through primary care for patients, community health activities for youth and adults, and nutrition education with a Registered Dietitian.

Our goal is to provide guidance, compassion, and opportunities that enable our patients to better prevent or self-manage diabetes.
